In relation to the personal data provided by the Client during the product purchasing process, FUTBOL EMOTION, in its capacity as Data Controller, shall process them for the purpose of managing the sale and delivery of the Products contracted through the Website, as well as, where applicable, to send informative communications to the Client through customized automated analysis.[1]

Purposes of processing: To manage the sale of products acquired through the Website and to send the Client informative communications regarding FUTBOL EMOTION and LaLiga, their products, offers, and news that may be of interest based on customized automated analysis.
Legitimization: The legal basis for data processing is the performance of the contractual relationship derived from the contracting of the products and, where applicable, the explicit consent to send informative communications through customized automated analysis.
In the Website forms, it will be necessary for the Client to complete the fields marked as “required.” Failure to provide all the requested personal data may result in the impossibility of carrying out the contracting of the requested products and sending the informative communications. The Client must provide current and accurate personal data so that the information contained in the files is updated and free of errors.
Retention period: Upon termination of the contractual relationship, the Client’s personal data will be kept by FUTBOL EMOTION for the legal period provided for by current regulations (especially in tax, accounting, and civil matters).
Recipients: Data may be disclosed to financial institutions or payment platforms provided for in the Website's contracting procedure and, where applicable, to Public Administrations in the cases provided for by law. Likewise, data may be hosted by entities outside the European Union, under conditions of security and confidentiality, in accordance with the corresponding legal guarantees, information on which can be obtained via email at proteccion.datos@sportsemotion.com.
SPORTS EMOTION HUB, S.L. may communicate to LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL S.L., with Tax ID (CIF) B05421805, which will act as an independent data controller, the strictly necessary data linked to the operations carried out in the official store, for the purpose of verifying and auditing the sales of official products / managing corresponding discounts for subscribers / jointly handling incidents related to orders / indicating the specific purpose.
The data communicated for this purpose will generally be limited to the order identifier, date of the operation, products purchased, units, and amount. Identifying or contact data will only be communicated when essential for the indicated purpose.
The legal basis for this communication will be the legitimate interest of the entities in verifying and monitoring the operations carried out in the official store, following the performance of the corresponding balancing test.
Independently, only when the client has given their express consent via a specific, non-pre-checked box, SPORTS EMOTION HUB, S.L. will provide LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL S.L. with their name, surname, email address, and the information necessary to verify the consent granted, for the purpose of enabling them to send commercial information about their products, services, activities, events, and promotions by electronic means.
LaLiga will process said data as an independent controller, in accordance with its own privacy policy. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously, using the indicated procedures or by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in each commercial communication.
Rights: The Client may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to the processing of their data, not to be subject to automated individual decisions, and, where applicable, to revoke the consent granted, by sending an email to proteccion.datos@sportsemotion.com.
In the event that a satisfactory response is not obtained or further information regarding any of these rights is desired, one may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security Measures: FUTBOL EMOTION has implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to guarantee the security of your personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing, and/or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed, whether arising from human action or the physical or natural environment.
